MBBS is Bachelor (Baccalaureus) of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. It is the equivalent in India and some other countries of the MD (Doctor of Medicine) in the US. MBChB is equivalent to MBBS Chirurgiae is latin for Surgery. They all mean the person has completed medical school. In India the MD is given after the doctor has completed a residency in a non-surgical field. The equivalent in a surgical field is MS (Master of Surgery). M Ch (Magister Chirurgiae) in India indicates that the surgeon has completed a subspeciality fellowship. The non-surgical equivalent is DM.

MBBS I believe is from India or Britain.
you also forgot DO, Doctor of Osteopathic medicine, which is also a valid medical degree in the US and Canada.
