My roommates and I are thinking of moving into a place and one room is significantly larger than the other two....we agreed that the one with the big room should pay more rent....how much more is reasonable? Any suggestions welcome! :)

A reasonable start:

Say, half the rent is for common areas. That leaves $475 for the bedrooms.

You could go as far as to measure the areas and pay a corresponding percentage for the bedroom part of the rent. Or just say, the large room is worth $200 and each small one $138.

Common area goes for $158 apiece (1/3 of $475), so -- add that to the rent per bedroom:

Large bedroom: $358
Small bedroom: $296 each.

How's that sound?

$950 rent. I'd made it $300 each for the two smaller rooms and who ever takes the larger one pays $350.

Have the person with the bigger room pay $350 a month and the other two roommates with the smaller rooms pay $300 a month each. That seems fair.

I would say one person pays 425 for the small and 525 for the large .... sorry if you have a total of 3 people I would do 300 300 350

What are the living spaces of each room?

Without knowing the dimensions of the rooms, and using three people, I would do $300, $300, and $350.
