I drink one in the morning and another one an hour before I go to the gym. I've heard its good to drink one right before you go to sleep is that true? If so I would just stop drinking the one in the morning and drink at night before going to sleep. I am already drinking 2 protein shakes a day and wouldnt want to drink 3 I think thats too much. I am only 24, 5'1 and weight 104lbs. Thanks in advance for your suggestion.

Stick withe the morning shake and the one before you workout, and take one after you workout to replenish what you used up from your workout. If you take one before you go to bed do it one hour before and make sure it is some kind of milk protien because it burns slower and you need that while you sleep. You should be taking in about 150 grams of protien a day, so split it up to add up to 150grams. I hope this helped. Darrick , CEO Valentine Fitness

well not being mean but you sound skinny enough some people just like to drink them because they are good...But my mom is on a diet too but she is weighs a lot more than you do NO OFFENSE ! and she has been joined up for a whole bunch of diet programs and all of the trainers told her it is best not to drink or eat anything before you go to bed ......so i would advise you not to but if you want to go ahead
