Clarify, I have a pain medication but it makes me drosy, won't work at work, so I will try the ibro, thanx, and I am on heavey anti-biotics. When I called they just told me to keep soaking it with salt water. Sure that is a healing thing but it stirs the pain right back up.

800mg of ibuprophen for now (4 tabs of either motrin or advil). Want to relieve your pain.... Call your dentist ASAP and get in the chair!

Hasn't the doctor given you anything for pain ? If not, you can take up to six ibuprofen (Advil) twice a day, for a total of 12. This works really well. The dentist also should have given you something to rinse your mouth with so you don't have an infection.
