Do you have any sense of history at all? Do you not realize that the U.S. did not create all that is bad in the world?
And speaking of cleaning up people's messes, do you know who it was that was responsible for the drawn up borders in places like the Middle East and Africa, particularly Iraq? It was not the U.S. Read up on it. If anyone is cleaning up a mess it's the U.S.(That's not to say I was for us going there, but I've had it with TWENTYSOMETHING Europeans and Canadians attacking the Americans at every turn, not here you come.
You are doing your country a disservice by initiating exchanges like this between two countries that have never had anything but respect for each other. I've NEVER heard an American say a single bad thing about Australia, until you intiated this name calling session.
Grow up a little before you start spouting off.

I actually didn't start life as an American, and I lived in Australia for quite a while (most of my life was spent in the Commonwealth).
Australia didn't have the naval forces back in the Second World War capable of repulsing the Japanese on their own. If the Japanese didn't have the Americans and the Chinese to contend with, it would be safe to say that within a decade of Pearl Harbor, the Japanese would have occupied every coastal city in Australia. This isn't to say that Australia would have ended up a Japanese colony like Korea or Taiwan, but it would have been very ugly for the Australians, especially with all their heavy industry overrun, to force the Japanese out.
I've worked alongside Australian troops and have nothing but the greatest of respect for them. In case you forgot, Australians have been targeted by Muslim extremists repeatedly, whether it's immigrant populations (i.e. Lebanese) that refuse to assimilate properly, or in attacks such as the deadly one in Bali.
If you take a vocal minority of idiot slagging Australians as evidence that every American is worthless, you either need to broaden your horizons or turn your television off.

Um, Austrailia is one of the original members of the coalition. The Australian government supported the Iraq invasion and contributed troops to it from the get go. So, don't blame the US. If you don't like to war, try to figure out why your leaders do.

What was americas answer to a few planes dropping some bombs on pearl harbour,,,,,
Dropping two attomic bombs on nagasaki and hiroshiema and killing millions.
Look at vietnam, what was the point of that war, Even the american president does not Know, yet Aussie's were kiiled in action for what?
If i was prime minister of Australia, Aussie tropus would all be bought home, the free trade agreement would be torn up and America would be told if it wants our help in future it will have to pay up in advance in cold hard cash or they can clean up there own mess!!!!!!!!
