You can get them in any pet store, especially the chain types like Petsmart or Petco.

I've been quite successful using a product by Hartz called "NO" - works for either dogs or cats, and you can choose between an Indoor formula, or one for Outdoor use. I haven't needed any for some time, but it should still be between $4-6 a can depending where you live. You should find it at Wal-Mart; Home Depot; your local grocery store, or any pet supply place.
It's in a bright orange spray can. You don't spray directly on furniture or elsewhere. Spray some on a piece of f abric, let it dry, and then lay that wherever you want it to be effective.

It's usually found at any of the chain pet stores like Petco, PetSmart, etc. If you can't find it there you can order it online from Drs. Foster & Smith, a pet supply website.
DrsFosterSmith.com
Not sure about how well it works for cats, but it does work for dogs.

It's at all pet stores. Ask the staff who work there to show it to you. I used to buy it at Pet Supplies Plus and I know all the major chains sell it.
BUT...
you can also try the hot pepper sauce you buy at the grocery store.
The bitter apple didn't prevent my dog from chewing, but the hot pepper sauce stopped her!

You know what else you could use that is a cheaper... (my cats LOVE the bitter apple stuff and it wears off) I use vinegar they hate it!! For some reason it works...they used to chew on wires ALL the time but since we wiped it all over everything and places we don't want them to be they have stopped! :)

Petsmart/PetsatHome or whatever they call themselves in your area have all these things.
Here's the website:
http://www.petsmart.com/global/search/search_results.jsp
Most vets also sell them.
