Yes, sounds good to me seems like you have a good variety of food too. Especially the fruit and water. Balanced meals are the key.

egg whites would be a lot better (its not recomended to eat more than 5 whole eggs a week because of cholesterol in yolks).

yes thats pretty good. i like to eat oatmeal w/brown sugar and fruit, with 1 milk 1 water
