I would say Yes. The world situation is getting no better, despite scientific, political, and economic progress. War, terrorism, neuclear weapons proliferation, are still flash points.
Everything the Bible wrote about the End Times and Armageddon is as real as reading the daily newspaper.
The remedy? The prophet Amos said it long ago: "Prepare to meet thy God." (Amos 4:12) Or better yet, get to know Him now.

It appears so, and world leaders are hopeless to find solutions to bring about world peace; and our technology now enables us to destroy the earth-even scientists have moved the dooms-day clock closer to midnight.
We are living the last paragraph of Bible prophecy as destiny finishes humanities probation. Jesus predicted: “Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven” (Luke 21:11).
We need be personally involved because the last appeal to humanity is: “And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come“(Matthew 24:14).
Angels are holding back the winds of war just for mankind (Revelation 7:1). In other words, when the inhabitants of earth have hardened their hearts to every appeal to correctly serve God—and no more will, you might say, Get on the Ark—then the end will come.
God has a remedy: One last appeal for humanity to believe the Gospel truth, to learn that He is the Messiah, identify Antichrist, and understand the timing of the great conflict between Him and his rebellious angels. It was closed “sealed up until the end of the days.” First, seek a personal relationship with Him through prayer, Bible study, and He will not forsake you as this earth spirals toward Armageddon.

What is written is written and it will come to pass. Some people think that Armageddon can be averted but it will most definately take place because it has been prophesied to occur. Our redemption, as true christians is drawing near. These are biblical times we live in and they are indeed the last days foretold in the scriptures.

There is no remedy. The scripture must be fulfilled and it will be. The only way to not experience it is to find God, repent, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Then you will be saved from it. One day every tongue will confess He is God, and one day every knee will bow. But it will be too late. You need to act now.

"Armageddon" is done. You have to realize prophecy happens in the world of thought, not the physical world. Organized religion has lost the youth of our world, thank goodness and peace will soon reign.
