The same thing happened to me I had this huge crush on my brother in law's brother, and then a couple years later I found out at a party, b/c we were both drunk, and we confessed to each other just how much we always like each other, but then we thought it would be kind of weird for us to start dating now that our brother and sister are married. I thought it didn't matter because we are not blood related, but it didn't work out and now I see his dumb butt at every family function, so I guess you have to out weigh the pros and cons but if she's worth it go for it!!!!!

I'm presuming your brother-in-law is married to your sister and its his sister that you like. No blod relation, if you both like each other go for it, you may get some resistance from family members at first but I'm sure they'll get used to. Why waste the chance of being happy just because her brothers married to your sister, good luck ...

Sure you can but be advised that in going out with her and things not working out can cause problems. You two need to sit down and talk about this. Remember that if it doesn't work out you both will see each other maybe with other dates. You can not have a problem with that. You both need to be adults about this. You two can not cause problems with in the families. It would not be right. Keep what ever happens between you two.

Yes of course, the only objection to families marrying /breeding is that their genes/DNA are too similar so can cause abnormalities in children. There are many pairs of brothers that have married a pair of sisters..in other words, their in-laws.

Of course you can; you are not blood related at all so you are both free to do what you want with each other.

yes you can. You are not blood related, only linked through marriage. I knew two sisters who married two brothers.
