The Vatican, Fatima and Lourdes are at the top of my list. Medjegorie, the Wailing Wall, all of Jerusalem and the Holy Lands are next.

The Chalice Well at Glastonbury Tor. Though I'm not aware that it's a certified Holy Site.
It's said that the spot is where Joseph of Arimethea left the Holy Grail, the chalice that held Christ's blood.
The water is said to have healing properties, as are many of the hot springs in Bath.
As for bona fide holy sites, I'm quite fond of The Wailing Wall, in Jerusalem.

I presume u r not referring to any web site!!!
In India we have a number of holy religious sites. Many sites have a reputation of having performed miracles.
The Church of Virgin Mary at Velankanni is located in the Sea shore and am personally aware of a miracle cure of a crippled boy from USA who visited that place after a revealation through a dream .He came assissted by few but in a short time he was running around the church. Just a sample.
BENARES(VARANASI)RAMESWARAM,etc are religious places of Hindus. The temples in South and north India combine art, sight seeing and miracle cures.
The Muslim Dargah at Nagore is another place where all religions converge.
I can go on but I think I have satisfied your curiosity

Newgrange in the Boyne Valley in Ireland. I would love to be able to go inside and see the spiral designs and perhaps watch the progress of the sun on a Solstice morn. (Pagan here, so for me this is a Holy site)

First it would be Stonehenge, because I'm drawn there. But as for a holy site, it would be Lourdes in France. Saint Bernadette was a incredibly women. She was considered outrageous then for digging because Mother Mary told her to.

after being a muslim for 18 years I finally managed to go to Mecca and perform Umra. it was beautiful to be there with thousands of other muslims all having the same thought, worshipping God. no matter what time of the day or night I went to the mosque there were hundreds of muslims there as well.

one night my son and i went there at 2 am. we sat there and watched other muslims praying, reading, sitting quietly, sleeping, little kids playing, ....even with all those people you could still hear the early morning birds. it was so peaceful and spiritual.

the only drawback is that i was very sick at the time and so couldnt fully experience the Umra like i wanted to...so I would like to go back and be healthy this time...Insha Allah.

I'd like to tear several of them down to help rid the world of superstitions that are destroying our freedoms. I think Mecca or Vatican City would be a good place to start.
