find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight.

The easiest and FASTEST way I know is to detox.

I myself have lost 15kg within 2 mths doing a detox.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Diet and Excercise.

Eat less and healthier. Eat smaller meals, and eat more healthy foods. Avoid fast food, pizza stuff, fried foods. THrow in a salad every now and then. go for lean meats like chicken or turkey, some fish. more vegetables. Also, try not to snack to much, but if you do, go for things like nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts) they are better for you, maybe some cut up vegetables, or things like crackers, or raisins. Just try to stay away from junk food. CUT BACK ON SODA!! This will do amazing things for you.

Exercise more often and longer. You should be excercising 3-4 times a week for about an hour. If you want to lose weight i would focus on cardio. Running, jogging, walking, jumprope, aerobics, maybe try some tae bo, or something, "jazzercise" if you want. just keep your heart rate up. But make sure you do some muscular excercises as well. Pushups, sit ups, chin-ups, simple things.

Hope this helps.

If you want to know how to lose weight. Exercise 30-40 Min's a day every day,eat a well balanced diet. 5-6 small meals a day, plenty of water, fruit and veg. To lose weight you need to eat more not less.Eating less will tell the body food is hard to get hold of,so the body will hold on to the fat. Eating more will tell the body that food is always available so will get rid of the excess fat.

Weight watchers!

It really works, it encourages you to re-educate your thinking about what, when and hoe much you eat.

I have been doing it on and off for 1 1/2yrs and in total i have lost 3 stone.

Exercise is important too, if you hate it then regular brisk walks, bike riding, or weekly swimming will do it.

I have to say i don't go to the classes as it cost you £5+ a week, and i don't need that sort of encouragement, seeing the changes in my body shape, and seeing the changes on the scales is enough.

But if you need the support and pushing of having someone checking up on you weekly then it is worth paying weekly.

Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber, your proteins should be lean, and your fats should be sparing but high in the omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.

Lift weights or perform power yoga. These are resistance exercises which will increase your lean mass and burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Also, some cardio helps.

Use a measuring tape instead of a scale to measure your progress because the measuring tape is more accurate.

remember, for food, dont think food as a nemesis, think it for your indulgence, pleasure, think healthy food like vegetables are the healtiest food, but dont think fastfood as your bad foods! think it as a food not a bad food, if you want a fastfood, eat it, but in small portion, dont eat more than 1 times a week! chocolate, sure u can eat it! eat darkchocolate that contains at least 70% pure cocoa!, now if you eat, try to design the food as beautiful and unique, this will trick your eyes! also i recommend that dinner is your smallest meal! and breakfast is your biggest meal!!!!!
