Possibly it will but it is not advisable. Try cutting out some foods and doing excercise that you enjoy. This will mean that you will continue to maintain a healthy diet and a good fitness regime. Ultimately you will loose weight and maintain your lost weight.
Tablets are only a short term solution. Chances are when you stop taking these tablets you could put on more weight than you lost.
Unfortunately diet and fitness are the only way to loose weight and maintain that weight. Pumping drugs into your body is only a short term solution.
I know this is boring and probobly not what you want to hear but long term it is the only solution.
Best of luck........

Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight.
The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
I myself have lost 15kg within 2 mths doing a detox.
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

I don't think diet pills are ever really the answer. Diet pill contain chemicals that are are bad for your body. If you follow a good low calorie diet and exercise. You should loose weight. If you follow a diabetic diet, which is just really counting how much protein and carbohydrates you take in, that should work for you. But I would not take any diet pills. I would also drink plenty of water. Water fills you up.

if diet pills worked there would be no obese people.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
