I am an agnostic. The reasoning behind this is that I have yet to come across a religion/faith that I agree completely with and I refuse to commit myself to anything that I don't feel is honest to my personal beliefs. Agnostics (most) form their own beliefs without a religion being forced upon them. Once I had discovered my own values on my own, I started even considering religion.
As yet, I can't accept any religions. I doubt I ever will be able to, and I don't need a Bible or someone telling me what a higher being thinks in order to be and act like a good person. I'm not afraid, simply unsatisfied.

There's nothing wise about being an agnostic. In every religion that believes in any sort of god, you have to place your faith in that god to be saved. So if someone dies an agnostic, if any religion besides atheism turns out to be true, then that person will be condemned. Plus, there's an old adage that if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. Agnostics lack conviction.

Nope... nothing to be afraid of, not betting on anything. Just patiently gathering allllllll the facts and staying balanced, using logic and reason instead of superstition and emotion, and knowing there is truly no real proof either way.

I think that they are without the courage of any conviction and this is akin to cowardice, sitting on the fence is of no use to anyone in any given situation.
