With adequate diet, on average, hair grows about 1/2 inch to 1 inch per month. Take a daily multivitamin to ensure that you're getting all the nutrients your body needs (ask your doctor first about vitamins, I'm pretty sure he/she has no problem with that though).
I guess by October it'll be 2-4 inches in length.

My son finished chemo in October and he didn't start to grow hair until Christmas. He now has a full head of hair, very thick and it is a bit darker than it was originally. There are a lot of nice wigs if you are uncomfortable with no hair, some cancer centers offer discounts. Your hair will probably only be 2 inches long then. Good Luck.

It depends on your idea of a decent length! I had lymphoma 2 years ago now and my hair is just long enough to tie it all up again!! It's been growing for about 21 months. And it came back curly...the best bit of all!
For the first while it'll seem like it's taking forever to grow (I used to measure it in school with my ruler) and then one day you'll suddenly realise it reaches behind your ear again...always a nice surprise!
Best of luck with everything.

It actually depends on your body and how you work. I did chemo and radiation for a while and it just went bye bye for a couple weeks, then when we stop those for like a couple months, my hair started to grow back, thin but it was growing back. Now as for me I don't really care to be bald, but not to worry, if it isn't there are places that help out cancer patients to get wig and what not if you feel comfortable with that.
Good luck

It should resume normal growth shortly after the treatments stop.
My wife had so much radiation to her head area that her hair quit growing at all, but that is a different issue.
Good luck.

I only lost some hair but it came back curly.
Your hair may not be very long but there are an aweful lot of very short haircuts these days, even on women of our age.

Mine came back slowly. You should have some hair by then, but probably not real long. Also, the texture may be completely different. Mine grew back wavy. It's back to normal now. [straight]
Best wishes

You will have hair but it will be short.
My mom had sugery on her skull back in October. Today her hair is just long enough for it to look like she has one of those spikey hair cuts.
