A friend applied for an au pair job in UK. However, country was not eligible. Any suggestions on other visa options? Anyone who can help her?

To have qualified for an Au Par visa, your friend must have been from one of the following countries:
Andorra, Faroe Islands, Monaco, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greenland, San Marino, Croatia, Macedonia, or Turkey.
I would recommend a vist visa, a student visa, or a holiday makers visa if applicable.

Apply for a tourist visa so that your friend can go to UK and establish a good record by returning before the number of days allowed to stay thereat. Later, apply for a gainful employment in UK and apply for a working visa.
