64 pound Flathead Catfish , from Santee Cooper SC.

I thought I did great . I took it in a tackleshop and weighed it , They didnt even look twice . They said they catch them like that everyday down there. It was good eating some of the best fish I ever ate

Many sharks in the 200# area.

I've fished enough to know when I've hooked a big shark. Now I just cut the line or hand the pole to a rookie. It's not worth the effort for something you can't eat.

As far as edible fish goes it was a 45# king mackerel. I don't consider an amberjack as edible - 60#s +.

Hybrid Striped Bass: 5lbs 3 oz...caught it yesterday on a spinner bait
Channel Cat: 10lbs 6oz

I caught a 7 lb bass, a 10 lb catfish, my dada caught a 25 or so catfish, and my cousin caught a 56 pounder off a jug in a private lake. He hung it in a tree and cut off the tail to let the blood drain so it wouldnt taste liek mud.

Well...my catch isn't too great..but my dad and my brother won a fishing derby..as follows: Saturday they brought in 45.79 Sunday they brought in 40.58 lbs for a total of 65.23lbs to win the striper derby contest in lake Havasu Arizona..In 2005 They both won a week long trip to Alaska. Newspaper in Arizona states the following: Striper derby winners blow away rest of field winning by more than 20 lbs. Veteran anglers still guarding secrets to success.

190 pound gar, in the mouth of the brazzo's river in east texas at freeport texas. was bow fishing, tied the line to the boat and let it pull us up river till it gave out.

but, but, but.. does the one that got away count? cuz me still PISSED! i caught a sheepshead offa Catalina and yelling GET THE NET GET THE NET! CRIKY! I could SEE ITS BRAIN THRU IT"S NOSE!!! and my 'ex' (now u know why!) just AMBLED over like NO BIG DEAL with a net and by the time he got to ME THE LINE BROKE! i freekin almost jumped in after it! how much do they weigh anyway? hehe

only have length and a guessed weight! 12 foot hammerhead and guessed weight of around 750lbs by girth measurement.This shark seemed very thin for its size!
