The way to stop thinking about one thing is to start thinking about another. One good way to keep yourself centered is to list out all your goals. If you don't have any goals, get some (and make sure they are consistent with your value system ). Anyway, spending time analyzing and/or working toward your goals (keep reminding yourself of what they are and why you want to accomplish them) will keep you too busy to worry about work.

Also, relax - it's all going to end some day....And I don't think anyone will ever say, "Gee I wish I had been more stressed out at work," on their death bed. What do you think?

Very high end pot. Should cost you between $25-15 per gram.

Only smoke the "greens" of it (the outer most portion). Smoke small amounts & use it like a switch to flip you from negative mode to positive mode.

Don't get into a habit of being "stoned" though. Just get high & do all of your normal activities.

I used to take all sorts of medication for depression. You name it and I've been on it.

This is the only thing that truely helps me feel better.

I wish they would legalize it to treat depression, but someday they will.

Hope you get a chance to read this before it gets taken down.

Also best way to smoke is out of a proto pipe (very discrete), it's what I use. Very few people know that I smoke, and they are all fellow smokers.

Just remember "mind over matter", if you don't mind, it won't matter.

Good luck man, I'll say a prayer for you.
