First it is not safe to try to catch them yourself. But if you want to see where the bike is at, there is a way. Get a book by Tom Brown called "Awakening Spirits". this is not any evil, occult thing. It is written by a man that was taught by a Native American Shaman how to use the power of his mind.
But be careful. Don't go after them yourself.

Evidence? Maybe somebody saw the thief. Also, if some stole your bike then they must be within reasonable distance, right? Where did they steal the bike, school, home, where?
