i am 5.7 and my weight is 43 kgs .. i want put up some weight .. can u suggest me which fruits i should take to become fat soon .. u can also suggest which food items i should take to become fat

Avocado juice. Seriously most fruits do not have any fat.

Fruits generally are fat free but have natural sugar in them. If you are needing to put on some weight, how about taking your fruit and mixing it with whole milk yogurt or ice cream and making a smoothie? Add a little honey, wheat germ, and vanilla and you have a great drink.

mango juice has the greatest fat content and on second number is bananas..if u can hav it twice a day with sugar and cream u cood soon be putting pounds on.
sorry i dont know if mangoes are available at yr place or not.
