Hi,
You don't say how and by doing what.
That's a lot of money to throw away.
Any form of gambling requires a strategy/plan and a good system. Without either you are going to face losses.
If you are into making a regular steady income from gambling then take a look at: http://tinyurl.com/yo7k5b
and http://pluspay.missinfo.hop.clickbank.net
Both systems are involved with horse racing and both systems work. I've bought so many systems in the past that I felt able to stop buying when I had found these. Both are easy to use and the profits are magnificent day in day out.
If you are a poker player then go see: www.swattexasholdem.com/2
This 8 Audio CD set will transform your game and allow you to win 90% of the games you play.
So you need to invest a bit to get ahead and that loss this last week will soon become a distant memory.
I'd lost more than $9000 before I wised up.It hurt I can tell you but that is all in the dim and distant past now.
Hope this helps.

14 Trips and 98 Sessions of Craps, since March of 2005, I am up $202.
I just do it for fun and I win 75% of the sessions I play. The problem is that the 25% I lose, give me bigger losses than when I win.
I have a win goal of 10-20%. Streaks happen and that's what kills my strategy. For that reason, I have small win limits so I hit and run. I play a mini-martingale...5,10,20,40.
Everything is relative, but try not to feel bad about your loss and by no means should you go back to the casino to "get your money back". I have friend like that and they've lost $88,000 since this January.
Set yourself win limits and loss limits. Know the games you play and the best way to play them.
Craps, Blackjack and Baccarrat (sp?) are the 3 best games in which the player can bring the house edge down to almost no edge at all.

The most that I have ever lost gambling was $1000. one weekend in Vegas, I still had a great time, there is no place like Vegas and fortunately before I went I had all my bills paid for the month thats how I genually try to do things when I gamble take money that I can afford to lose. I always have a great time when I go to the casino.

the most i've lost was about $1500 in a weekend at vegas. i only take what i can lose. take what you can afford to lose and write that money off as soon as you put it in your wallet. then have a blast, thats what it is about, having a good time and partying like a rockstar. or atleast thats why i go to vegas

i don't have that kind of money to lose. i only play poker on the computer. (no real money) it still makes me feel good to win and if i lose it doesn't hurt the wallet.

Every time I go to Vegas, I double my money---just fold it in half and put it in your pocket...
