If you eat too much (not the kind of too much that you are talking about, but physically putting too much food in your body for it to handle), it can suffocate you and block off your windpipe I think. Don't worry though, you are just really really full. You're just anxious. Don't worry =)

Of course there is. You will balloon and become obeise, or in some cases, people are so stressed out and anxious they will vomit a lot which will cause illnesses. You are not giving your body time to digest the food and if you do not chew it properly it does not digest and you will not get the benefit from anything. Try to chew each bite of food as close to 50 times as much as you can, depending on the food. This will slow you down, and you will fill up quicker. Also you are probably not eating the correct foods either. you may contact me if you care to.

yes, its called gluttony.

from the Latin gluttire, meaning to gulp down or swallow, gluttony is the over-indulgence and over-consumption of food, drink, or intoxicants to the point of waste. In the Christian religions, it is considered one of the seven deadly sins—a misplaced desire of food or its withholding from the needy.[1]

The term gluttony can also be applied in the modern context to "All You Can Eat" restaurants.

Depending on the culture, it can be seen as either a vice or a sign of status. The relative affluence of the society can affect this view both ways. A wealthy group might take pride in the security of having enough food to eat to show it off, but it could also result in a moral backlash when confronted with the reality of those less fortunate.

Early Church leaders (e.g., Thomas Aquinas) took a more expansive view of gluttony (Okholm 2000), arguing that it could also include an obsessive anticipation of meals, and the constant eating of delicacies and excessively costly foods.[2] He went so far as to prepare a list of five ways to commit gluttony, including:

Praepropere - eating too soon
Laute - eating too expensively
Nimis - eating too much
Ardenter - eating too eagerly
Studiose - eating too daintily

there is nothing like eating too much. a person eats as much as he can .... this terminology is often used by others, when they compare their own diet with the person on whom they are commenting.
