First up diet: decrease alcohol (it's called a beer gut for a reason!) and coffee. try to drink as much water as possible. Two litres is ideal, basically until your urine is clear (it means your hydrated). Also instead of snacking on biscuits etc snack on fruit such as bananas, apples etc.

Exercise: Today, start by doing 10 situps and 10 pushups and 20 minutes of cardio. Start small! Cardio can be aerobics, even something as simple as skipping rope is excellent. Just get your heart rate up and get sweating (lol)! Then the next day keep building up the situps and pushups but keep the cardio level the same until the third or so week. It is not optimal to exercise every single day, but every second day.

Just keep thinking of your goal and slowly make your way towards it. If you starve yourself and exercise too too much, you will get thin but it's 50% fat and 50% muscle mass, so when you stop your strict regime you will gain weight back, but you won't be the same, you'll be worse as it will be 100% fat. So work slowly, maintaining each step you take and good luck!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Run.

Run every morning. If you are sick, still get up and run. You will look great. Feel great. Be sick less often & live a lot longer.

It will take a couple weeks to get in the habit. Just push through it.

Also don't eat unless you are hungry. So if you order a large meal, take three bites and you don't fee hungry. Just take the rest home & eat it some other time.

If you really must cheat and take pills (which by the way are not good for you at all), take hydroxy cut. It works, but I don't recommend it.

Did you quit exercising for good......did you stop for a while, or didn't plan on maintaining yourself after your diet plan was over......

You should keep the healthy lifestyle up as part of the way you live. There is so much junk to eat that its a wonder we all don't keel over and die from massive heart attacks or diabetes. Sugar is in just about everything. Fat is also very present.

A good diet with some moderate exercise will keep excess pounds off for good, I have no other choice for you except to just do it. Being lazy and not exercising is no good, also, eating right is a choice you have.

It is so much up to you. Diet and exercise are the only way around it.

ps, I like going to the beach or swimming pool because I know I look good in my swimsuit. It isn't because I eat cheetos and watch TV alot, it's because I eat right and workout regularly.

Depends , are you a lady? There is a little bulge in the lowr abdomen , it is the uterus and the pad that protects it. Some have it, some don't. If you are a male, eat less.

Fat burning foods, eg. ginger, cranberry, horseradish, etc. ; cut out all fats for short time and eat raw celery and carrots with salt to stimulate a draw of body fats; exercise regularly all abdominal muscles; improve digestion with cutting down/out starches and sugars, and adding natural digestive aids e.g. pineapple, acidodophilus liquid or very active in yogurt, roughage salad and other natural fiber, like ground psyllium seeds, etc. and stay young. :-)
