They do not have a say in Alaska. I do not know about California. However, if anyone wants my opinion, I think they should have a say and they should be listened to.

Not sure about Cali but in most states it is 14

I do not know about that. However, it should be included in the custody hearing. I hope our government see i that our children should be included during hearing.
