Yes...not sure if "dimension" is the word I'd use; but it's close. Heaven is its proper name.
We exist in linear time to fulfill His will. He is outside of time...
Psa 90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
2Pe 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
2Pe 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Not infinity, undefined...
The math and logic of the concept is a bit of a trip, but it is analogous to time = 0,1,2,3,4 all at once, or at the same "time." By existing OUTSIDE the SCOPE of time, God views it like we would a piece of string. He can see and interact with any point along it, from beginning to end.
Infinity is not an appropriate concept, since time IS NOT "INFINITE," but will come to an end, along with the rest of creation.
2Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar. Fire will destroy everything in them. God will judge the earth and everything in it.
11 So everything will be destroyed. And what kind of people should you be? You should lead holy and godly lives. 12 Live like that as you look forward to the day of God. It will make the day come more quickly. On that day fire will destroy the heavens. Its heat will melt everything in them.

Yes that is one way of putting it. We as humans experience time as a succession of moments, but with God there is not such a thing as time.
2 Peter 3:8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends; With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.

Yes, because He exists outside of time. From what I've studied, God experiences all times at once, not in the linear way that creatures do.

Yes, everything is now...but this means that now is all there is. If all is now, and we are created of perfect love, perfect peace, perfect life, and there is no past, only this present, then every terrible thing that has happened must have been illusion...everything we think was "good" must have been a substitute for our true Good. "Now" means we remain as created.

Yes. God in His essense is outside of time and space. God in his energies is also within time and space. All within eternity. Past, present, future are all in the eternal Now.

Glad you asked. God exists in eternal timelessness. See:

for a complete and detailed explanation of God and Time.

Interesting... I would go with that to a point...
Now if you are one who believes that God is made up of all of us and every living thing... then that would certainly be true because energy cannot be created nor destroyed... only re-routed...

Wow... thats pretty profound and I find to be quite logical... coz it puts in focus the truth in a being being Alpha and Omega...
Never thought of it this way.... I like it ... its quite simialr to the Buddhist's concept of Emptiness of All things... Prajna Paramitta

It is the same for human beings. The only things we experience are experienced "now". If you think about somethihg pleasant or painful that happened ten years ago, when do you experience that memory? only right now.
