find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

This is a big problem that I used to have: I would hardly eat during the day and then go crazy at night. The best advice I can give, since you already eat breakfast and lunch, is simply to eat bigger breakfasts and lunches. Also, try to get a lot of fiber and protein at each meal (both help keep you full for longer periods of time). Sources of each:
Fiber: fruits, veggies, whole grain breads and pastas
Protein: eggs, milk, lean cuts of meat (turkey, chicken), lowfat yogurt, lowfat cheese sticks, skim milk
As for exercise, you could try a workout tape/DVD. Im a personal fan of Pilates, and the mat and stuff arent too terribly expensive. I also did Tae Bo a number of years ago and it was great because it required no equipment. Both can be done in the privacy of your bedroom and both are a great workout.
After school you could also try having a snack. Maybe a peice of fruit and a glass of milk. Eating more throughout the day will help control your hunger and will keep your dinner portions reasonable.
Good luck!!
If your mom doesn't keep a lot of healthy snacks around, ask to go grocery shopping with her, or tell her that you would like to have that stuff around the house (I used to make lists for my mom to encourage her to buy the stuff I wanted. it worked!)

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

A good way to prevent snacking and eating foods which you dont want to in the evening is to request that your mum either hides them, or doesnt buy them anymore. This means that when you goto the cupboard (as we all do!) there is nothing in there to tempt. Another resolution could be to eat more during the day, so that you are less hungry at night time. Also, drinking water or liquid is good, because when you are dehydrated, your body automatically wants food which it can get liquids from.
