all i wan tto lose is ten pounds and i cant seem to get there i start off strong and i give in my boyfriend isnt any help but it might be me having a ababy thats slowed down my matabolisum i thinkany ways i need all the dieting tips i can get please help me when im happy i eat alot when im stressed i dont eat at all and id rather lose it the smart way ill accept ALL DIETING TIPS

By all means eat girl just use portion control. Eat atleast 5 SMALL meals a day or atleast 3 small meals and 2 snacks and drink plenty of water. The idea is to keep your body thinking it's eating alot when it's really not it's just having a few healthy snacks a day. Don't skip meals this only makes you more hungry and when you finally eat you really pile it on and clear your plate..this is a no no! Eat healthy avoide dining out..if you must eat fast food go for sandwhich shops *hint little meat more veggies*, chicken sandwhiches,salads with no dressing *try salt,pepper,and lemon or basalmic vineger and olive oil. Advice for restaurants start with a medium salad this helps fill you up some before you hit the hard stuff so you don't eat as much. Avoid sugars,soda,beer. Eat and drink things that act as a natural diuretic and antioxidants as well. I was taking some vitamins that helped with my weight loss. I take vitamin B-150 and Alpha lipoic acid. But consult your physician before using vitamins. These vitamins helped me with my stress level ,metabolism, and energy. Don't use fat burners and things like that. VITAMINS are better! Oh and don't stress and last but not least build your confidence...each time you look in the mirror convince yourself that you see change compliment your self and your body image don't slouch and practice tummy control build those muscles in your tummy by holding in and releasing and no not your breath. Establish a workout routine starting with cardio I would do some speed walking,jogging,cycling and later weight training. And if your up for it theres also that good ol sexercise just be careful remember your trying to lose weight not add a baby and more weight to it..lol Be happy and eat just use portion control and don't bother with calories who has time for that with busy lifestyles these day. Just remember to establish healthy eating habits. Oh and also don'tweigh in everyday give yourself at least 3 weeks before each weigh in. Make everything you do a workout walk fast in the supermarket or to your car, contract tummy muscles while cooking or showering. Try sit ups and crunches while lying on your back with baby or child in arms stretched up have your boyfriend spot you to insure the baby or childs safety it'll be fun. Those are the tips I can think of at this moment. also avoid sugar free and diet products.ok well good luck let me know how it goes.

Slimquick. I had your same problem. I could not loose the wieght from my pregnancy. It's a vitamin supplement and minor appetite suppresant. It comes with a diet and excercise program. It's normal food and a reasonable excercise program. I lost about 15 pounds in like 3 weeks. An i haven't gained any back when i stopped. I actually just started up again for a friends weeding in june after stopping for about 3 months. I'm looking forward to it! seriously try it. Do some research on it and see if it works for you! good luck!

Some safe tricks:
1) Try eating three meals a day and one small healthy snack in the afternoon. Drink plenty of water and do not snack at all beyond that. Sometimes it's those little snacks that keep the weight on.

2) Change your foods, if you're eating spaghetti and meatballs change it to brown rice and chicken breast. Pick the whole grain, lower fat versions of whatever you eat. Yogurt cheese instead of cream cheese, etc.

3) I hate exercise, but it works, try parking your car in the spots farthest from the building you're visiting. Makes you walk more.

4) If you drink sodas, quit, that's a lot of calories that don't help you at all. Even fruit juice is high in calories and you might want to water down your orange juice to lower the calorie content per glass. Water and unsweetened teas are the best things to drink if you're thirsty.

Honestly, try weight watchers. 10 pounds will be easy to drop by following their program. They have a nice flexible point plan where you can still enjoy food, but also lose the ten pounds you want

hi i also have a baby and my body is still in good shape....

after i gave birth last september 2006, i am very disappointed because of the size of my body. then my colleagues always tease me because im fat. My size before i got prgenant is small and now, after giving birth, it's large. That's why i really tried my best how my body will back again.

here are the ways i always do to maintain my body:

1. i didn't eat too much. as long as i can control to eat, i control myself. but i didn't wait to drain too much because ulcer will be my next problem.

2. i didn't exercise regularly but i tried to walk as long as the distance is not too far. at least i have an exercise everyday.

3. i only sleep 6 hours a day. i am working during weekdays and every weekend im the one who take care my daughter, she's only 8 months. her waking time is 5am that's why even weekends, i can't sleep too long.

4. i didn't take my breakfast, lunch is my first food everyday then i eat my dinner at 8pm and sometimes 9pm. every meal, i'll make sure that my rice is one cup only.

reducing your fat is a very hard because it's really nice to eat. but if you really want to lose your weight, you should have an attitude. you should know how to control yourself or else it will be too difficult for you too diet. but once you start to eat small meal (much better if you will stop eating rice, just a piece of bread, oatmeal or noodles) im 99% sure that within 3 weeks, you stomach will adjust and satisfied in a small meal. believe me, it works. but of course much better if you will have an exercise regularly or try cleansing diet if you can. CLEANSING DIET: you didn't eat rice, or dish. you will eat only fruits and water. but if you are working and your working demand too much effort, i think this is not advisable.baka magcollapse ka in the middle of your work. :-)

That's fine! Never rapid jammed however it appears a laugh... Just don't forget, if u do not lose as a lot in weeks to come back do not stop. It takes time to peer outcome however set a date like four wks from now and take a % now and one then and examine... you'll be able to be amazed!

are u exercizing, my friend pretty much has the same prob and the difference is, when she does work out, its only for 10 minutes, when i work out i do it for about 45 minutes... i do aerobics at home, just a tape and its great. just eat healthy, constantly think all the time how u can reduce fat or sugar, have some protein at all meals since it breaks down slower and keeps u full longer, and eat veggies and fruit. oh and dont cut out carbs all together, just have small portions of them. u dont have to deprive urself to loose weight, u just have to find lower fat and lower sugar alternatives that satasfy u. good luck, and even if u just have a nice long walk everyday, hey at least thats sumthing.

Start cutting down on any foods with "Trans fat" "Saturated Fat" or any types of bad fat. Eat lots of vegtables and foods with high protein. Excersise at least 20 minutes a day. [You don't have to run 10 miles]. Don't eat too much strach and fattening foods. Also drinks lots of water. Thats probably the healthiest way to loose weight.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Drink more water. Avoid drinks with sugar. Eat whole grains and pastas instead of white, processed ones. Get protein with every meal. And exercise vigorously for 45 minutes every day.
