It had the line "She was a woman in awe of the lord and she inspired us all" but I don't know what section its from or any other line. Anyone have any idea? It was read at a funeral if that helps. Thanks.

I don't remember it from the Bible. Perhaps it was written elsewhere. It sounds like a funeral eulolgy.

There is no passage in the Bible with that wording. It sounds like it could have been part of the eulogy.

An excellent web based Bible search site is :

http://www.blueletterbible.org/

You can do searches based on key words and phrases and search through several different translations such as King James, New King James, NIV, NASB, etc.

Perhaps it was not quoted from scripture. I ran the word "awe" through my Bible study software and only 3 instances came up; but none were like your quote. I also ran "she inspired us all" and nothing came up. My search included the Apocrypha as well.

Sorry.

That may be a paraphrase form Proverbs 31:28-31

Look up any reasonably good Concordance, if you've got nothing better to do with your time.
