The first one is not true, but the rest of them are true.

Think of these parents: AA x aa.
Put their gametes on a Punnett square.
Every box in the square will say Aa.

3. Not really true. If the gametes contain the same allele A and A there is only one possible combination. But if you use a punnett square with 4 subdivisions it is still one possible combination not 4.
