Trust me, unless a guy has no nerves or sensory feeling in the lower half of his body, he'll know when he comes.

Ok...to answer a question with a couple more questions...

Was he a virgin? If he has gone through puberty I am sure he has masturbated.

Has he ever ejaculated before that you know of? If he hasn't then he had no idea what a orgasm is like, how it felt, so on and so on.

If you are both experienced in the bedroom a woman will feel it. I don't know a woman the has never know their man to "blow their wad" as you put it.

Not all ejaculate will stay in a woman's vagina but to be blunt, yeah, if he is inside you and he orgasms, you'll know it.

Male here. Contrary to popular belief not all orgasm are earth chatering. Orgasms come (no pun intended) in many levels. From the mild to the ones you think you where almost going to die. Yes that strong. I still haven't figure out what determines the the orgasmic release level yet. I had had some orgasm that my wife did not notice when I had finished. I have also scared my wife a couple of times with other orgasms. The same can be said about her. So, just because his orgasm is mild it doesn't mean that he is not into you. A better measuring stick (no pun intended) is to see his interest level. How attentive is he to you? Does he shows that he is close to you? Does he shows he cares? Does he gets annoyed when you don't oay attention to him? Does he looks for you? Does he looks foward to the sex?

This question needs moved to the hardware section and retitled: Does a guy know if he gets hit in the face with a hammer?

Yeah it's possibly to do one of those halfway ones, but it's rare, and you have to have some special like kama sutra skills or something.

No, it isn't possible for a guy to get his nut off without knowing it. I would not however say that he was trying to be nice to you by telling you something like that. I would say in fact that he is being deliberately cruel if I understand the situation correctly. You need to find you someone else in my opinion.

It is possible, but not common. And I would think it would be VERY rare for him not to know everytime.

I have had times where the orgasm was very mild and almost no fluid was ejaculated, but it is only once in a while thing.

99.99% I would think the guy knows when he has finished.

Well normally you'll know whether you did or not. During intercourse though he may let a little bit out and not completely blow his wad. But yes you should know if you did or not.

It does happen that we come but its not really a strong release. Happens when we're tired, wasted, or just not into it that moment. It has a lot to do with how excited you both are just before he comes.

Depends on the situation.

I've told my lady that I've come when I really haven't just to end it. Especially when it's one of those all-night events.

I couldn't fathom and normal way a guy wouldn't know.

Odds are it's been on plenty of "test drives".
