I think that the burger bar idea sounds so cute! I can just see it all set up nicely on a table with different sauces and all that. I think that woudl be the cutest.

Foodwise they all sound good. The only thing I would worry about with the sandwich bar is that sometimes they get really messy - with people trying to pick up sliced meat and all that. But any of your options sound great!

I love rotisserie chicken, I'd serve that with various salads and potatoes and different breads, simple and easy to do. A second choice would be the burger bar, I'm not a fan of hot dogs and many people these days are conscious of the ingredients in hot dogs, so if you go for those make sure you get all meat ones and not ones that could contain the nasty left over bits.

For convenience, make the sandwiches. They can be done a day or three in advance. I would leave the bread dry and provide the condiments on the side. Also, the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, black olives, and whatever else can be there too.

For sides, chips, potato salad, cole slaw, maybe some beans.

It will be less messy than the burgers. Hot dogs aren't a good choice. Chicken is always done at weddings.

I would have a little of everything. Honestly, it's hard to say what would be more popular; chicken is always a good idea. But, then again the burgers and sandwich are good too. Hot dogs for the kids.

To be honest.. none of them. I've been to events with the burger or sandwich bars, and there are ALWAYS a few people who go up to make them for their kids/ families/ whatever and make the line interminable! And a really good burger tends to drip... who needs drips on their good clothes :)

I like the chicken..but rotisserie tends to be a bit messy to eat too. I'd go for good old fried chicken :) Finger lickin' good whether hot or cold :) Or the previous answerer's idea of the SubWay party subs is a good one too.. why not have both?

Just have tasty things that people can put on their plate and go eat.. nothing to assemble or make a mess.. and everything will be ticketyboo :)

I would definitely go with the Rotisserie chicken, just because it is a wedding and may be a little bit more "special" than the other foods you mentioned. You could have buns and people could make chicken sandwiches if they like as well. Delicious!

I would go with sandwhiches. I like the subway idea or you could do finger rolls like chicken, ham and egg. Some salads, chips, fruit and veggie trays. You could even put some smokies or meatballs in crockpots if you want something hot. Have them all made up and then you have nothing to worry about at all. Walmart and Sams club can do all this for you and they are not that expensive.

Chicken first choice, burger bar second. Make sure to have other options, like a variety of salads.

it depends on how hot or cold the weather is. if it is very hot you should go with sandwiches. hot dogs and burgers may not set well in your stomach on a hot day. but if it is nice and breezy go with the burgers or chicken. sounds like lots of fun and hope all goes well.
