Gall bladder disease causes these symptoms. If it is worse after a meal - especially a meal with a high fat content - then you might even have gall stones. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor who will order an ultrasound of the abdomen.

Don't wait around on this, see someone soon.

You should definitely see a doctor about this. Vomiting and pain in the areas you mentioned could point to intestinal blockage, a very serious condition. Drink water, don't eat anything solid, and see a health care professional as soon as possible.

This is most likely pain from your gall bladder due to gall stones. You can try a low fat diet to see if this helps your symptoms. Other possible causes would be bowel obstruction, gastritis, GERD, hepatitis, pancreatitis, aortic aneurysm, kidney stones, ischemic bowel, and cardiac causes. You should have this evaluated by a physician.
