Logo Testing refers to a test a manufacturer needs to do to claim that their product is Windows-XP compliant.
Logo testing validates that all drivers are compliant to Microsoft's specs
There is nothing you can do to make the product pass Logo testing. Go to the manufacturer's web site and see if they have updated drivers. Call their support line and if all fails, return the product.
