Tell me what you think is a very sweet and romantic thing that your girl can do for you. I'm looking for something a bit more indepth than show up naked :-)
I want to thank my guy for all his patience and assistance with my work projects and I want to do something extra sweet for him. Please help me with some great suggestions. Thanks much!

I would definitely be turned off by conventional things such as flowers, a bottle of wine, or even a brand new car (although lots of guys would probably disagree with me on this one). Personally, I find it most important to know that my girlfriend notices the small things in our relationship. Whitle most guys would go for sex or some kind of physical pleasure, I would prefer it if we spent the day together. I often find that my life is too busy with all the things I have to do, and I would really appreciate it if I could have just one entire, uninterrupted day to spend with my girlfriend. Talking? Taking a boat out to the middle of a lake or an ocean and eating lunch together alone? Doing something together. There are places you can go to paint pictures together or something else cheesy and artistic. I guess I'm being a bit idealistic and pathetic, but my point is that the best thing in a relationship is the person you're having the relationship with. Maybe it doesn't matter what you're doing together, but it's the fact that you're spending intimate and well-thought out time together that counts. Think about what your boyfriend likes and think of something you can do together that you can do alone and that he'll enjoy. Sorry for not being able to come up with a more specific answer. Maybe you're in luck, then. Guys don't have grand fantasies of being "swept off their feet", and a lot of times a simple gesture of appreciation will do the trick. Maybe make dinner for him, and afterward you two can spend a quiet evening alone. A guy can appreciate something like that.

Give him a "HIM" day.
Start by taking him out shopping for his favourite "toy" (agree on a budget first though).
Throughout the day, give him your full attention. Encourage him to talk about his desires, likes, dislikes, secrets, etc.. (whatever objections you have at this stage, keep it to yourself)
Make him dinner while he watches his favourite programs. Beer or wine optional.
End off the evening with a soak in the tub (bubbly included). Have fun. Get him to give you a massage, and let things go on from there.

Much nicer than "showing up naked" would be to give him a nice PG-rated massage: Back, shoulders, neck. And tell him that you love him while you're doing it. Give him a few kisses. Make the whole thing all about him. I bet you'll be surprised at how much he appreciates it.

Spending some quiet time with him to show him how much you appreciate him would be good. It wouldn't matter where cuz it sounds like you've both been busy. But a day at the beach with no interruptions and you just being with him would be good.

id like my girl to cook a nice dinner for me...............with only an apron on and nothing else.
and when i get home, i might even skip the meal and just go for my desert ;-P

Well you just tell him first of all then second tell him you have a surprise for him and ether makeout with him or take him to the movies and just be there for him. :-)

buy him a case of beer and dance in front of him. just tell him how you feel, hell understand. my gf bought me hockey tickets one time for something similar...i ended up bailing on my friends and took her.

dress to impress.... get your hair and nails done...
you don't have to do this all the time.
