Science clearly stated years ago that he was floating on a piece of ice and it made him look like he was floating on water. It's not because Jesus is the Lord, or any crap like that. And other "miracles" were false. He definitely did not come back from the dead. A tomb with Christ inside has been reported to have been found. His ressurection is improbable and it's like believing aliens are real, to be honest. And we have a hard time even proving he existed, never mind all of these "miracles".

Simply because it gives them hope of an afterlife. Some people need that.

I'll all for science, but when were there ice floats in the Middle East?

Ice???? in Israel, during a storm???? In the Summer???

Try to at least get some facts straight before making yourself look stupid.

And non-Christians claim that Christians don't think critically.

You say, "Science clearly stated"... Science didn't clearly prove.... And no scientist have ever studied Christ walking on water.... at least not in the liturature search I did. It's not a scientifically provable or refutable fact.

Your statement about "having a hard time proving he existed", is hilarious. There is more than adequate secular evidence that Christ existed.

Why do Non-Christian still believe that they can make statements up, and hope they will be true.

One day, every knee will bow and every voice will proclaim the name of Jesus Christ.

Gee, it might be because we have a few documents lying around, compiled by the guys who were ACTUALLY THERE AT THE TIME. Which piece of ice was Peter walking on when he stepped out of the boat? And since when did the Sea of Galilee freeze, even in the winter?

Can you PROVE Jesus' healings and miraculous controls over the weather, etc, were fake? If you can't, why should anybody believe you?

That a tomb was found with the name "Yesu" on it does not mean Jesus of Nazareth was buried in it. That is like finding a tomb labeled "Julius" in Italy, and claiming it contains the remains of Julius Ceaser. The name translated "Jesus" was in common use in first century Palestine: it was a variant of Joshua.

Truth is: you find the existence of Jesus too inconvienent to accept, therefore you dismiss any evidence that contradicts your lifestyle. Your loss.

1) Ice in Israel?
2) Why the hell would fishermen (who were professional fishermen by the way) be dumb enough to sail?
3) You think the disciples would be unable to notice the water was frozen!?
4) Peter went out and sunk but Jesus did not.

So somehow the entire lake was frozen over, but they were somehow to get a boat in the middle of it, and Jesus walked on the ice but the disciples did not realize it was ice so they were stunned, and so Peter tried getting out but he just so happened to step on a thin piece of ice and broke through.

And somehow he did not feel the freezing temperatures?

I love people like you. Making so coincidental excuses merely because you are unwilling to accept the supernatural.

What about the Red Sea? Did they all take boats, but thought the boats were dry land because they were brown, so they thought the sea had parted and they were walking on dry land, but when the Egyptians pursued them they did not see the boats and they road right into the water?

Oh and feeding the 4000 and 5000? Maybe there were just tons of buckets of food they just didn't happen to see it.

And the resurrection? Well after being stabbed in the heart, Jesus simply took a couple days rest then decided to walk around.

Science is clearly wrong. Jesus walked on water, Jesus rose from the dead. The tomb you are talking about did not have Jesus' body in it, it was a hoax. Jesus exists or we wouldn't even be talking about him. Just because you don't beleive and need to make up lies doesn't change what the truth is.

The laws of Science and Nature are man made laws and God defies those laws.

According to my bible which is the inspired Word of God tells me Jesus did walk on water when he saw his followers in distress because of a storm while on the lake in a boat. It says Jesus walked toward them from ashore and walked on the lake, it's not saying he swam, so if you believe otherwise you have no true foundation for your beliefs. God is my source and I being a Minister of the Gospel will believe in what is written in God's Inspired Word. You claim Jesus never existed and he didn't die on the Cross of Calvary and rise again. My friend I am here to tell you if it were not for God's loving Grace you or I would not be here to discuss this as we are. We are God's children created in his image, and I will say this in some peoples cases I know God had to have a sense of humor.

It's in the Bible

Science says there is such a thing as SURFACE TENSION

Einstein says Bricks and fall Upwards

Hence walking on water is theortically possible

GO ON RECORD for eternity and SAY it is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE

I dare you

I double DARE you

SAY for the record, with your real name that IT CAN NEVER HAPPEN

One day someone may prove you wrong

Are you ready for that!

Once upon a time they said MAN could never fly

Once upon a time they said MAN would be crushed if he travelled 65 MPH

Now

SAY for the record NO ONE CAN EVER WALK ON WATER

Tell us it's IMPOSSIBLE

God will PROVE you wrong at some point in the future!

I have seen people perform more amazing acts than that. I see no reason to refute that occurrence. We have no proof for/against it, so it is something that you shouldn't spend too much time on. Just because some scientist claimed he was on a block of ice (in the desert) doesn't make it any less plausible.
