This may sound really stupid but
is there two different perkisets/percocet

cause I thought it was an anti deppressant
so is there two different ones and what is it

No, percocet is a narcotic for pain relief. Two different drugs are never given the same name...even with different spellings. This helps to minimize the chance of an inadvertent medication error.

You might be thinking of paxil, also known as paroxetine, for the anti-depressant.
