You can turn any conditioner into a deep conditioning treatment. All you have to do is put the conditioner in your hair as usual but instead of rinsing it out, get out of the shower and put a plastic bag around your head so that your hair is inside of it. Then grab a hairdryer and put some heat on the bag. Don't put it on high, low will be good enough. Then sit with the heated up plastic bag on your head for about 5 minutes. Then jump back into the shower and rinse it off.

First of all Herbal Essences isn't the greatest product in the world. I prefer the Matrix products. Any product that you get at a thrift store, a wal-mart or Target isn't good for your hair. The shampoo strips your hair, then the conditioner coats it with a wax, so that it feels soft, and healthy, and looks shiny but the wax actually dries your hair out. I suggest that you go get some professional product and you can do a deep conditioning with that.

no.
There are few conditioners that go INTO the cuticle of the hair
for the deep conditioning you need.
Oil treatments are JUST THAT --oil ON your hair.

Professional treatments go into your cuticle and recondition your hair.
Ask your professional hairstylist.
They may cost a little more, but they go a LONG WAY, because they are concentrated and you need to use JUST A LITTLE.
