Possibly the big meal is loaded with carbs, starch & fat. If you didn't get enough protein with it, you become hungry again soon and you crave more carbs, starches & fat. (Chocolate, the good stuff!!)

Me too! I was wonderingi the same thing. But if you eat a big meal that has a lot of carbs, carbs do make you crave sugar sometimes. That could be why we both crave chocolate and candy after eating.

I think it's because you need a mixture of savoury and sweet at every meal or something along those lines.

Cure: If you eat a teaspoon of sugar (or dissolved in water) before a meal, you wouldn't have the craving.
I had a friend who did this and it totally stopped the cravings. She's French and I think they know something about eating correctly

But seriously, why wouldn't you just eat the chocolate! Yummo!

I read that that is what chocolate DOES----it makes you crave it.

I ALSO read that a habit can be broken in 28 days--------------
