He probably practiced several religions, but on the week-ends he was a Moonie & passed out flowers at the airport. He never could get Robin to convert from his Heathenism.

Your guess is quite likely. He did study in the East, so it's entirely possible he picked up some Buddhism while he was there.

i'd say buddhist, because he did learn martial arts from masters in china and japan. Buddhism would be my best guess.
