I use it, but I have no idea why I use it. What does it do for the hair? I've tried to look for an answer through search, but the closest I got was something about dry ends. What are those? I don't think I've ever had it.

I'm a guy btw...

o ur a guy..that explains it lol...j/k..but really...it's simple..it CONDITIONS YOUR HAIR...lol...it puts moisture back into your hair for when it gets really dry...such as when some people blow dry their hair or straighten it or use a curling iron on it..that really drys out your hair and kills it more...so the hair conditioner just puts nutrients and moisture back into your hair that your taking out during the day...:)

dry ends(aka split ends) are caused by rough handling of the hair, such as blow drying too much or combing/brushing too hard, or using harsh chemicals. Guys usually do not get this becuase they dont do as much to their hair as girls. You still need to use conditioner though. The conditioner puts oils and vitamins that your hair needs to stay healthy. Shampooing takes these oils out, so conditioning puts them back in. It does as exactly what it says, Conditions! Hope this helps.

I always found conditioner most useful for long hair...so you probably don't need to use it. But when hair starts to get long, it starts to dry out, and that causes ugly split ends and makes it break more easily. Basically, it keeps your hair moisturized and in healthy condition.

conditioner helps to maintain healthy hair...meaning fewer split ends, less shedding due to breakage, moisturizes your scalp, etc. but it is important to understand that different conditioners do different things_so just look at the bottle it comes in and see what it is supposed to do and then see if you are happy with the product...if not try something new! hope this helps :~)

guys don't need to use it, try not using it and see how it feels, there's your answer. I, like most girls use it to untangle the ends because when you have long hair it gets all tangled during the shampoo process. But I really don't use it at the sacalp because it makes my hair greasy.

hair condition condition hair. some claim to fix damage but thats impossible it only prevents its from getting worse. i think it flattens the shafts and makes it smooth and managable. try washing with just shampoo one night than the next condition it, youll see the difference.
