I usually cooked it in soup. I will boil ikan billis in a pot of water for at least an hour. Meanwhile, I will marinate some minced lean meat with salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and corn flour. When the stock is realdy, I will add in the meat by forming into balls follow by the tofu. Add salt and soy sauce to taste. You may also add lettuce and spring onions to the soup. A few drop of sesame oil to it will also enhance the favour of the soup. So you get a healthy pot of soup with all the goodness.

I LOVE TOFU, I first bring to boil, drain the diced tofu and add to my soup n' veggies n' baby bok choy.
First time tried Tofu wrap, this one is new and I am still learning plenty of chinese cuisine! I am trying to think thin and 'healthy'...In other words I am teetering at the border of being overweight and don't want to face diabetis....
I know that Tofu is very high in protein and excellent source of calcium for bones and teeth.

If you bought your microwave new it should have the brochure on safety in the box. If not your can look on the front of the microwave for the name of the manufacturer and go to the website and get that information or call them and have them mail it to you. There are some tips that I've heard about microwaves:
1. There's some cards that you can purchase on the market that you can use near your microwave to find out if there any dangerous leaks of the waves (they can cause irrepairable damage to humans/animals and diseases like cancer).. This is strongly recommended for older or ones that were purchased used.
2. Never put foil or metal in a microwave it causes sparks and could catch your house on fire.
3. Never put animals or any living thing in the microwave it will be fatal to them.
4. Always wrap bread or bread-like items in a damp paper towel before nuking them, to avoid it becoming over dry.
5. Cover soups, spaghettis, really anything that can splash. Because when it gets really hot they will bubble up and pop all over the inside of the micowave.
6. Don't over cook boiled eggs in the microwave also, they will exploded.
7. Any pre-packaged items that are plastic wrapped. Take them out of the plastic and wrap them in a damp paper towel to avoid them blowing up and plastic when it's heated emits a chemical that is bad for you. So use glass ware or paper towel lay your item on.
Hope that helps.
Oh and cleaning up your microwave:
Use a damp wet sponge and wipe down and dry with a soft cloth. But avoid pressing to hard on the upper part of the inside.
