I believe strongly that communication online is important for the Christian becuase we all are""" here for the reason of getting a message across to the readers and yet sometimes we can get the wrong message across or recieve the wrong message, there is no doubt that we must fully and carefully watch what we say to non-believers and to other Christians becuase we are representing the king of kings online. We all know satan comes to kill steal and destroy and he will do what ever it takes to block the message from reaching the ears of the person on the other side of the computer and he will also use that person to personally atack the believer and get you to debate and to walk by the flesh and not by faith. you totally start to dabate instead of spread the news and easilier to be offended, Christians when we recieve a message that even look negative dont read it erase it immediately becuase you are allowing negative juices to enter your spirit....to be continued

So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don't fall! Also you need to be careful when you speak to Gods annointed ones, surely we know that not everyone who claims to be a Christian is walking by faith and thus cannot decern spiritually some of the things that spiritual Christians can becuase the whole bible is written in profecy and must be spritually discerned. If you speak before you pray about somthing that was posted or said you might be in the flesh and blocking a message that the Lord was using to bless another with
Mark 8:33
But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. "Get behind me, Satan!" he said. "You do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men."

Christians you should be uplifting one another and not tearing down the work of one another, if you need to debate do it in debating forums but dont be a stumbling block for non-belivers..

I think we all need to keep in step with Christ. I don't think that discussions have to always be debates. If we take time to read and listen to what others are saying. If we don't agree with them we can always take that to God in prayer.
The tongue is the one thing that gets us into trouble sometimes especially what comes out of it. Self control is important and sometimes we have to bite our tongues.
I hate fighting and I love peace. Mainly because I once lived in that kind of enviroment long ago and I certainly don't miss it.
Let us not forget to pray for one another as that too is a sign of our love for each other.

You are free to express your beliefs any way you wish. I do not like a sermon. I like to hear your values and beliefs. If you were asking if the web is a good medium, I say why not the web. If you are asking if Christianity is just another myth, well maybe so. Go for it speak your mind and just know other people may differ, do not take it so serious. You are a believer, so have faith.

You talk as if we have no minds of our own. The good Lord gave us the ability to make our own decisions and he wants us to think for ourselves, not run around in some sort of ignorant fear. People make stupid choices because they are impulsive not because the devil is standing by their side twisting their arms. As an individual thinking Christian I am insulted when it is implied that I can not say no to evil because I have no control over myself and my impulses. Come on, we humans are better and smarter than that. For 32 years, I have never fooled around on my wife and have two wonderful children, I am at peace with the Lord and I did all that because I knew when to say no, for gosh sakes. I believe in evil just like you but unlike you I believe that evil hides in much more powerful influential places, even religion. Do not get me wrong, I am not suggesting that all religions have evil lurking about but like the saying goes, "The smartest thing the devil ever did was convincing us that he never existed". Does the James town massacre come to mind? That is an example of just one of many evils and the evil one at work and he did it through a church and the name of God. Now in my book, that is very scary. If you want to worry about the evil one then I suggest you look deeper than just one person unable to control his/her impulses on line and look at the evil of the masses on line and you might find something.

Yes. Matter of fact, a good Christian really shouldn't be using them at all. Pack up your Bible and head out to a remote cave where you can worship God without distraction.
You're basically saying that it's dangerous to even read about other opinions. Meanwhile you think the whole point of your being here is to "get a message across." Are you seriously that arrogant and bigoted and faithless?
And now feel free to dismiss me as a child of Satan. It certainly won't do to allow any sense whatsoever to penetrate your bubble.

true, yes, we should becareful. There is a lot of hate and we need to be selective of who we chose to answer. Some people are asking in hate and just to mock. They dont read the answer and dont really want to know our answer, they just want to hate. The truth bothers them. I dont answer anyone with an angry avatar or a rude one because they are just here to amuse themselves being ignorant . The what if questions are just thoughts. God bless and thanks for your comments

Thanks for that. I agree with you on those things. Especially when it comes to spreading the message of the gospel. Too often I see wonderful opportunities to just give the message of grace out, only to have it brushed away for a verbal jab, or a nonchalant response. We have to stay in step with what God's will is. not prove that we can quip others for being ignorant.
I'm working with myself on that!

Why should your spirit be so weak? Be strong in your faith, the rest will fall in place. If you are not strong in your belief and get swayed by even negative messages, you can't possibly convince others.

It makes me sad to imagine someone living in a constant state of trepidation such as you describe. To cringe in terror at the very thought of encountering an opinion that does not mirror one's own. How sad.
