I see lots of people on here who practice some sort of spirituality, sorcery, witchcraft, etc. When did THEY evolve?

Spirits had to get their intelligence from SOMEWHERE.

Arysa,
If they're apart of beings; how can you separate their evolution?

Laurie,
Very interesting! How can something spiritual, having seemingly intelligence, rational, reasoning, etc. come into being without some sort of intervention?

I truly believe in Spirits. I know they exist because I have seen them, heard them, and felt them. They are a form of energy and energy is infinite. I do believe spirits evolve via reincarnation. How they got there in the first place is beyond my comprehension. Maybe when I am Spirit form once again, I will know the answer, but as a human being, I don't think I could really comprehend such a question/answer! Good luck on your search!

spirit-based beings, if they actually exist in a "real" sense at all, have given us no empirical evidence of their current biology, nor of their ancestors for comparison (if they even had/have ancestors).

ADDED: Fire and Ice, you seem to assume (1) that Darwin is/was relevant only to Chriastians, or use him as a symbol of a threat to Christians. He was a Christian (and the deathbed-recant story is fabricated, before you go there), and (2) that Wiccans have a dogma similar to Christians to be similarly threatened. Ain't so.

Are you asking if I believe that spirits evolve???

Definitely. Everything evolves. All things change over time, including denizens of the Otherworld. Stagnancy brings Entropy.

I believe in spirits but not that they evolve. They're entities of people/animals/etc. who have lived before and probably don't need to evolve and change anymore.

Good question!

Physical life evolves. Not neccesarily spirits.
