I'm not really sure what you mean to ask here. Your question is grammatically jacked up.

You need to define the laws and examine them. What do they say, exactly (I already know, but if I just tell you, you won't learn anything)? Think about the relationships described in the first two laws of thermodynamics and contextualize them in the realm of liquid propulsion. What makes liquid propulsion work? How does this chemical reaction fit into these two laws? Liquid propellant rocket engines function by combining two chemicals which are combustible when mixed. These are used because they are combustible without the presence of oxygen (as in a space environment). How does this relationship fit into the definitions as you understand them?
