Well, it is pretty enough though, to me it doesn't look like someone usually gets for a first home. But, it is VERY nice. The hard thing is with out knowing the price it is hard to say if it is a good deal or not. You really need an inspection to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong with the property...though, with the quality of the place you would hope not, and then you kind of need to know what like places in your area are going for to truly know if it is a good buy or not. Also, remember usually you are not going to purchase it furnished unless they are either selling it that way or selling it with an option to purchase the furniture. Things like draperies usually go with the house but, they are easy to change out if you don't like what they did.

Go to bed Bath and beyond and use a 20% off coupon for the bedding and fir funishings i'm not sure but try IKEA
