At the beginning of this month, I started making fruit smoothies for breakfast, to get my 5 fruits a day. 4 different sliced, frozen fruits and a cup of juice (orange or apple).
The first week, I was pooping constantly.
I have more energy, I'm not hungry before lunch (the smoothie lasts me until about 10am), my skin doesn't dry out as much, and I am losing weight (I also exercise regulary).

You would be healthier because you would get more of the important nutrients you need. Fruit also has a lot of fiber which is great for your digestive system and it helps you to feel full longer.

You will be getting lots of vitamins and fruit sugars as well. Fruit sugars are still sugars, so it's possible to eat too much fruit.
