Can an R/L be used with 2 positive stages and 1 negative as a phase shift Oscillator?

L's are expensive and so are 3 stages.. Use 3 RC's (( R in series followed by C to ground, 3 times) with 1 inverting amplifier and design for 60 degrees phase shift per RC
