Is it better to pick one video and stay with that one or rotate with a couple different ones for variety?

I've been rotating the walk away the lbs and the "Of Steel" (Arms/abs/buns/legs) videos 7 days a week. Should I pick one or keep with the rotation.

All in what you like. Eventually you'll hit a weight loss plateau and you'll need to vary your routine then--but until then, it doesn't matter.

If one video holds you interest and you can do it every day that is fine. If in order to work out every day, you need variety that is fine too. What is important about exercise is that you do it and that it keeps your interests/is fun for you to do. If you are interested enough in that series to do them everyday, then clearly you are doing it right! For me, I alternate b/t several different ones since I dont think some of them are great all over (more a specific target area) and some are just soo hard that I have to be really eager and ready to go in order to get through all of it (Denise Austin).

I think rotating Arms, abs, buns and legs is probably a great way to get all the major muscle groups worked. Everything has a break to rest (so you aren't doing arms 2 days in a row). But a healthy lifestyle is the important thing and it looks like you are doing that.
