Tah-zoh (as in apple). I used to work as a barista and have dealt with the reps for the company. You can also find the story of how the tea company got their name at www.tazo.com

I used to work for a company that made some of Tazo's packaging and the customer service rep for that account pronounced it TA-zo (like the a in apple).

I emailed the company. The "Tea Enthusiast Advisor" there wrote:
The "a" in Tazo is pronounced "Ahh."
The first reply I got said, " Tazo is pronounced "Tah-zoh". So I pressed it further to make sure that "Tah" part was NOT "a" as in "apple" but rather the "ah" as in "ahhh" or the "o" as in "hot" and then got the answer, above.
So, pronounce the "a" as in the sound of delight- "Ahhhhhh, I love tea!"
