The absolute best stuff that I've tried is at wal-mart ( may be at others). It's called Fruit of the Earth skin care cream. It isn't sold as a scar cream, but really should be. I've used it religiously to fade scars from stitches, chicken pox, and my stretch marks. It's mainly vitamin E, with lots of aloe, sunflower oil, collagen, and elastin, and it's the best moisturizer for dry skin too. After getting stitches in my face I started using it, and was amazed after a couple of months. Plus, it's very inexpensive, like $4 for a pack of two jars. Give it a try, it works great on red scars, and if it doesn't seem to help after you use it awhile (at least a couple of months) at least you'll have very healthy, soft skin. Good luck.

Put neosporin or some other triple antibiotic agent on it. But if you have scratched it AND the wound has closed forget about it - I've had the same damn chicken pock scar on my head since I was 12. It doesn't go away.
I've hear you can have surgery done, but I'm not in a position to do it myself.
I'm sorry.

If you still have scabs from the pock marks leave them alone until the scabs fall off. If your skin has healed and if you have deep pitting scars of the skin....it MAY be able to be corrected with surgery if there aren't too many. I had a pock mark surgically removed from right above my left eyebrow and now it looks great. I've had it for many years. I'm glad it's gone. if you have too many to surgically remove, check out plastic/reconstructive surgeons that use laser resurfacing and get a consultation. They may have other ideas to offer.

You shouldn't have scratched your face so much. Maybe glutathione. It will only work if you really just recovered from chicken pox like a few days ago.

there is a great product that you can get at most drug sotres (rite-aid, walgreens) called SCARGO... works very well if applied often and soon after scarring occurs
