Can I convert Win program to Mac program?

I have this game that I really like but it's a .exe program. I want to try to put it on my Mac. Is there a way to convert .exe, .rar or anyother pc program to mac?

No, that's not possible. However, if you have Parallels, or if you have an Intel-based Mac and install Boot Camp, then you can run Windows on your Mac and play it.

No you cant do that. they are written differently
